Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to join a specialist SEN secondary school in Blandford Forum, working with students aged 5 to 16 who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
In this role, you will support teachers by assisting in delivering structured lessons, working with students one-to-one or in small groups, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You'll play a crucial role in encouraging students, supporting their independence, and adapting learning activities to meet their individual needs.
