Our close-knit and welcoming Product Operations team based in Fareham are seeking a proactive self-starter to join them as a Product Operations Administrator. The Product Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the integration with the key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the CORE-related configuration required to enable Infinigate Cloud and its partners to resell and/or distribute the associated service(s).
This role requires an excellent attention to detail with high delivery standards, exceedingly good time management, self driven with automated day to day behaviours and great communication skills as the role will be required to liaise with key stakeholders across the business and support the rest of the Product Operations team in doing so. This will ensure that the Product Operations team have a deep understanding of the business strategy and needs, which must be considered and managed to ensure that the delivery of the associated CORE configuration aligns appropriately.
Please note that the successful candidate will need to attend the office full-time for the first 3 months of induction and training. Following, this a hybrid working pattern can be agreed.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Responsible for theadministration of the Infinigate CloudCatalogue(s) and price management system(s) to keep all information current and accurate e.g., Infinigate Cloud Partner Portal & CRM.
* Support the team in the delivery of the CORE configuration of Vendor Connect packages.
* Assist in the ongoing administration of the CORE Marketplace, helping to enable promotions agreed with Product team, update Carousels and remove/ add Product pages
* As a team, help to support the expansion of Infinigate Cloud into new markets/ Operating Units and assist with new vendor onboardings
* Support the business and relevant teams in their endeavours to understand the CORE system and it's configuration. Upskilling and providing additional details where possible/required.
* Fulfillment of specific Partner Integrations such as Branding, Identityand supporting with Core as a Service requests.
* Support the handling of the associated Product maintenance and service status notifications from Connect vendors.
* Responsible for maintaining CORE related content on the Infinigate Cloud Partner Portal such as guides and documentation
* Proactively maintain the team internal mailbox and ensure all emails are logged and answered within SLA
* Support your co-workers by handling internal questions and walk-ups, using other team members for assistance where neccessary
* Proactively make every effort to understand the technology being used in order to understand and question requests from stakeholders, specialists and technical staff to evaluate what is reasonable or possible.
General Skills
* GCSE Maths and English, level 4 or grade A to C (or equivalent).
* Competent PC user with excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.
* A keen interest in technology, the benefit of cloud and how it is helping shape our personal and professional lives.
* Good coordination and planning skillswith a high level of attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal,communication,negotiation, and presentation skills
