Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement & Content as a part of a newly formed and growing team, this role will be dedicated to supporting the delivery of the consumer content strategy. Responsible for creating and curating, engaging and inspiring content in line with customer needs. Harnessing your FS knowledge, holistic retirement transition experience and creative creds to craft content that helps make the complex simple and accessible for all. This role involves collaboration with various teams across the wider Marketing team to create multi format content for digital platforms, propositions, campaigns and more. Skills and Knowledge Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong portfolio of work, including financial services and all aspects of retirement. Strong knowledge of pensions and saving products. An ability to write creative and product copy both for large pieces of content (e.g. reports) and smaller content assets (e.g. social media posts) Excellent understanding of financial services/SaaS, and proven experience of developing and delivering content in line with the necessary guidelines and requirements Proven experience of writing about retirement transition topics for consumer audiences, with the ability to translate complex material into simple content Motivated self-starter who can shape, own, and lead projects from start to finish Experience Experience in a similar writer role (an agency background focusing on financial services and lifestyle engagement channel experience for example). Previous content writing skills on content-heavy platforms targeted at relevant consumer audiences.
