Role: Commercial Administrator

Contract: (7 Months) until August 2025
We are seeking a proactive Commercial Administrator to join our clients site based team in Andover, Hampshire. The Commercial Administrator will be supporting the onsite Quantity Surveyors with a range of duties and required until the end of the project in August 2025. This is a site based, full time role and you will be required on site 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all commercial documents, including contracts, variations, payment applications, and correspondence.
Assist with the monitoring of project costs, budgets, and expenditure, ensuring all financial data is up to date.
Support the procurement and management of subcontractor packages, including issuing tender enquiries and tracking responses.
Prepare and maintain reports, such as cost-value reconciliations (CVRs) and cash flow forecasts, under the guidance of the commercial team.
Assist in the preparation and submission of payment applications and processing subcontractor invoices.
Support the team in administering contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, and the project team, to ensure smooth project delivery.
