Contract Details: Temporary, January 6th - March 28th - 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
* Allocate and track registrations and events.
* Provide exceptional customer service as a point of contact for internal and external inspection queries.
* Check the quality of datasets, registration toolkits, and inspection reports before submission.
* Set up and maintain accurate electronic records for complaints, ensuring timely closure.
* Collaborate with the wider team when needed.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload independently.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
* Proficient in using electronic systems and databases.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
* Prior experience in an administrative role.
* Knowledge of early years inspection processes.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Technologies:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with electronic record-keeping systems.
