Job Title : Senior Service Designer

Initial Contract Duration : 5-6 months
We are seeking a Senior Service Designer for a government client to work in a dynamic Agile program delivery environment. The role involves planning and defining program portfolios and product outcomes while collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop business solutions, ensuring user-centered design principles are followed.
Key Responsibilities :
* Champion human-centered research and service design frameworks.
* Lead workshops and design research activities, synthesizing outputs into actionable insights.
* Design and implement service blueprints, personas, and user journeys.
* Conduct user testing and utilize rapid test-learn-iterate methods to optimize designs.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure designs align with strategy and delivery guidelines.
* Communicate complex design processes to stakeholders, creating clear visuals and documentation.
* Foster a collaborative environment, driving continuous improvement and user-centric solutions.
Requirements :
* Minimum 5 years of experience in service design, ideally in complex transformation programs.
* Expertise in Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and UI / UX concepts.
* Strong ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and ability to lead design and testing processes.
* Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Relevant qualifications in design, human-centered design, UI / UX, or related fields are highly desirable.
