With a focus on driving our online presence, you will play a crucial role in enhancing awareness. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Assist the team in creating and implementing impactful marketing campaigns. Digital Platform Oversight: Manage and optimize digital platforms to increase engagement. Content Creation: Develop high-quality digital content, including social media graphics, email templates, and promotional materials. Collaboration: Work with business development and technical teams to align marketing plans with business goals. Performance Analysis: Analyse metrics to optimize campaigns and report on performance. SEO and Market Research: Support SEO initiatives and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, deadlines, and meeting coordination. Training and Strategy Implementation: Help train team members and implement company marketing strategies across online and offline channels. Key Skills and Competencies: Education: Degree in marketing or related field preferred; Diploma/Certificate considered. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Office 365, Excel, Adobe Suite, and WordPress is advantageous. Creativity and Design Skills: Eye for design, with video editing capabilities and an understanding of visual aesthetics. Communication and Time Management: Strong written skills, with an organized approach to handling multiple projects. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data to identify trends and inform strategy.
