SENIOR ARCHITECT (TRANSPORT) - WEST MIDLANDS or LONDON - PERMANENT - 40,750 - 65,580
Advanced Resource Managers are working with a large infrastructure organisation and we are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Architects for positions in Birmingham and London to join the team working on a major transport project.
About You:
* You will be a qualified Architect and registered with either RIBA or ARB.
* You will have significant experience of working as a Senior Architect and should have experience of working with multidisciplinary teams on designs with inputs from engineers, consultants and others who will shape the design.
* You will have excellent stakeholder management.
* Your experience must include transport building design in either rail, airports, stations or similar functions.
What you will be doing:
Your role will be to ensure that the design vision for this major project is protected in quality and its design. You will be working with the contractor delivering the projects to provide assurance, guidance and work through any design considerations. These roles will be working on non-public facing building campuses, but will be providing state of the art workplaces for staff working in the area.
These positions are full-time permanent roles with roles in London and Birmingham, working hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
What you can expect in return:
The salary range for the roles will be for London between 43,750 - 65,580 and Birmingham between 40,750 - 61,140 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is a range of excellent benefits and a real chance to progress and be working with leading architects.
