Main Duties:
Job Role - Customer Compliance Officer (CCO) for Benefit Security Division. The role of EO2 Customer Compliance Officer is focused around identifying fraud and error in the benefit system. Customer Compliance is the term for the action taken to ensure a benefit claimant gives the correct information and reports all relevant changes at the right time during the life of the benefit claim. In most Customer Compliance cases a robust and challenging telephone interview takes place with the benefit claimant to ensure correct benefit entitlement. Officers complete a set number of calls per month to achieve a % outcome against branch targets. When not engaged in scheduled telephone interviews with benefit customers, Customer Compliance Officers will be interrogating the various benefit systems to prepare for interviews, completing follow up calls and receiving calls to gather required information, scheduling, and preparing further interviews, examining information to prepare case files and record outcomes.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
* Five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English & 2 A Levels.
* Proof will be required at the first stage of registration. Without this we cannot take your application forward.
* Must complete an Access NI security clearance.
