Role: Automotive Parts Advisor
Salary: £(Apply online only)
Hours: Mon to Fri + Saturdays as required (roughly one in every 3) at 1.5x basic per hour.
Location: Maidstone
Automotive Parts Advisor Responsibilities
1. Handle parts enquiries both over the phone and at the front counter
2. Manage parts orders and support workshop technicians with their requirements
3. Oversee the complete daily business process to ensure smooth operations
4. Proactively upsell to maximise all sales opportunities
5. Maintain accurate inventory and stock control records
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service
Automotive Parts Advisor Requirements
1. Previous experience in the truck or automotive industry
2. Strong customer service, communication, and satisfaction skills
3. Proven ability in inventory control and stock management
4. Organised, with an analytical approach to handling customer queries
5. High attention to detail with strong administrative and computer skills
6. Motivation to upsell and identify new sales opportunities
