Administrator Location: Warrington, North WestSector: Asset Management Framework - Rail OverviewWe are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our Rail Asset Management team in the North West & Central region. This role will provide essential support to the regional framework team through day-to-day administration of projects and remits within the framework. Business UnitOur business unit operates in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse range of infrastructure projects and framework contracts in both rail and non-rail civil engineering sectors. Our projects in the region encompass various works, including bridges, embankments, stations, platforms, tunnels, structural steel installations, and moving structures. We work collaboratively with a variety of clients and tier 1 contractors on multi-disciplinary civil projects across the North West region, engaging in both new infrastructure and maintenance work. The RoleAs an Administrator within our Rail Asset Management Framework, you will be based at our Warrington office and will provide critical administrative and tactical support to the framework team. This includes managing the Network Rail Citadel system along with various office duties. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied but may include, though are not limited to: Managing the NR (Network Rail) system Citadel. Maintaining routine records related to processed items, filing documents, and keeping filing systems up to date for easy retrieval of information. Planning your work to meet priorities and delivering on pre-agreed deadlines. Producing folders, letters, reports, emails, forms, and schedules using a range of PC-based software packages. Filing project information as required, including electronic uploads. Performing general internal administrative duties, such as stationery ordering, copying drawings, and photocopying. Ordering PPE items and other sundry items as needed. Collating whereabouts for all office-based staff for the following week. Providing inputs into client and company reports as required. Supporting and participating in company/industry initiatives as necessary. Assisting wider support teams as required. Maintaining an electronic diary system (Outlook). Performing other tasks deemed necessary and authorised by line management. RequirementsTo excel in this role, you should possess the following: Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in construction or civil engineering may be advantageous). Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and work autonomously. IT literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
