Working alongside your colleagues and other Clancy departments or functions, your role will contribute to the following activities:
Consents Management: Responsibility for the management of consents and approvals for construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and licenses. This may involve the management of consultants who may be delivering these on our behalf.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and planning regulations to ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to facilitate constructive dialogue, address concerns, and obtain necessary approvals in a timely manner.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of consents, permits, and approvals, and prepare comprehensive reports to support project documentation and compliance requirements
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential barriers to obtaining consents and approvals, and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate consent requirements into project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
