Contract Type: Temporary
Daily Rate: £97.68 + holiday pay
Working Pattern: Full Time
Location: Lichfield, UK
About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in managing and progressing various nationwide client portals and web-based systems, primarily for large key accounts within the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating jobs to relevant branch locations and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Closing jobs and chasing necessary information
* Uploading worksheets and maintaining updated records
* Liaising with service administrators across offices to facilitate job progress
What We're Looking For:
You should bring:
* Previous experience in administration and/or coordination
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong business acumen and a willingness to learn
* The ability to work independently and take initiative
* A confident personality with good communication skills to foster a collaborative team environment
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Teams and Outlook
* Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus; training on Navision will be provided!
