We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Repair Officer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all component repair, ensuring the turnaround times (TAT) are met and budgets are tracked and not exceeded.

What you will be doing
In this role you will:
1. Manage repair operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
3. Monitor and analyze repair performance.
4. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure price reductions and improved TATs.
5. Support our technical team with the review of certifications and scrap activities.
6. Support our shipping team and logistics service provider.
7. Manage repair budgets and costs to ensure profitability.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is/has:
1. Ideally degree qualified in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in supply chain or repair operations.
3. Strong understanding of repair processes or supply chain management and aerospace industry standards.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in operating software applications (e.g. ERP systems, repair management tools, MS Office).
