Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, who operates a group of Luxury Nursing and Residential homes across the South, is on the hunt for a Home Manager to oversee their care home in Somerset.
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £75,000, plus a generous KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, a great holiday structure.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized Residential and Nursing home.
2. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
3. Managing and training staff on standards, policies, and legislation.
4. Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and respect by delivering high-quality care and continuously seeking improvement.
5. Conducting assessments to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored for each resident.
6. Ensuring work areas and practices meet safety requirements and adhere to relevant regulations.
Package and Benefits:
As the Home Manager, you'll receive:
1. An annual salary of circa £75,000 + Bonus.
2. 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

Minimum Requirements:
The ideal Home Manager will have:
1. At least 3 years of experience in a Care Home management position.
2. Experience increasing occupancy of the care home through private paying residents.
3. A good knowledge of CQC compliance.
4. Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections.
