Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Performance Coordinator to support the monitoring, measurement, and enhancement of employee performance across the IT division. This role plays a key part in ensuring that IT employees have clear objectives, receive regular feedback, and are supported in their professional development. Working closely with HR, IT leadership, and managers, the IT Performance Coordinator will collect and analyse performance data, facilitate performance reviews, and support initiatives that drive employee engagement and continuous improvement within the IT function. Key Responsibilities Performance Management & Support · Coordinate and support the IT division’s performance management processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with organisational goals. · Assist IT managers in setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for their teams. · Monitor and track employee performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. · Support the performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year, and end-of-year evaluations. · Ensure performance feedback is collected, documented, and actioned appropriately. Data Collection & Reporting · Gather and analyse performance-related data from various sources, including employee feedback, productivity metrics, and project outcomes. · Produce regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into IT workforce performance. · Identify and report on key trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in IT staff performance. · Work with IT leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making. Employee Development & Engagement · Support training and development initiatives by identifying skill gaps and recommending relevant training programmes. · Assist in creating development plans for IT employees to enhance their skills and career progression. · Facilitate employee engagement activities to boost motivation and retention within the IT division. · Promote a high-performance culture by supporting recognition and reward initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration · Work closely with IT managers, HR, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of performance management with business objectives. · Provide guidance to IT managers on best practices for coaching and developing their teams. · Assist in handling performance-related issues, ensuring fair and constructive resolutions. Act as a liaison between IT and HR to ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented within the IT division.
