Role Profile Support the Contract Manager in contract management and monitor controls measures in areas such as: Internal Cleaning: Communal cleaning, windows, pest control, playground maintenance, gutter cleaning. External Environment: Grounds maintenance, trees management, road and footpath maintenance, waste management. Mechanical Equipment: Access control, door entry systems, alarms, and security systems. Electrical Equipment: EICR programs, street lighting, PAT testing. Plant Rooms: Water distribution, heat networks, energy supply. Lifting Equipment: Equipment for domestic and commercial use. Asbestos: Handling of ACM materials and radon gas. Manage compliance enquiries effectively, providing clear advice and escalating complex queries as necessary. Coordinate compliance activities with stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant works. Monitor compliance works and contractor performance, ensuring obligations are met. Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure data integrity for reporting purposes. Analyze contract data and produce reports with findings and recommendations. Support planning and oversight of inspections and risk mitigation activities. Provide administrative support to the Compliance Teams, including managing budgets and performance information. Ensure adherence to internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement. Person Specification Essential: Level 2 Qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Knowledge of Compliance ICT systems, including Housing Management Systems. Experience in a coordination or officer role in asset compliance or health and safety. Effective contract management skills and understanding of risk management. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Results-driven with strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desirable: Professional qualification in building safety, environmental services, or Asset Management.
