Key Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Retentions Administrator, you will play a vital role in the Mortgage team by:
Providing exceptional customer care through effective communication with customers via email and phone.
Managing your own caseload of retention customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Liaising with mortgage customers and brokers to facilitate smooth interactions.
Communicating effectively with all levels of staff within the organisation.
Collaborating and supporting colleagues across a variety of tasks to enhance the overall team performance.What You Will Bring:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
A background in mortgages is desirable, but full training and coaching will be provided to the successful candidate.What You Can Expect From Us:
