Salary: Grade D: Starting salary is £31,190 per annum. The band goes up to £34,532 per annum, however, this is dependent on annual performance reviews.

Management Accountant (Support Role) – Oasis Community Housing

We are currently seeking to recruit a Management Accountant to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting the financial management of the organisation, enabling us to provide the high-quality services we are known for.
As a Management Accountant, you will support the financial operations by preparing management accounts, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to support decision-making. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to support the charity’s operations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and produce monthly management accounts and financial reports
2. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
3. Support financial analysis to inform strategic decisions
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
5. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and insights
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles
2. Excellent organisational and analytical skills
3. The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, demonstrating a supportive and proactive approach
4. Experience in management accounting or a related field
