The Role
We’re looking for a Social & Content Executive who has a speciality in curating an iconic and memorable social media presence for brands and people.
You will be obsessed with trends and know exactly what grabs attention and makes people stop scrolling.
You will be an organised creative who thrives in a multifaceted role. You will be living and breathing social, running client accounts, working with creators, shooting and editing content, curating feeds, scheduling posts, reporting, tracking and engaging with online communities.
If you’ve got a sixth sense for viral moments, an eye for aesthetics, and a knack for turning trends into gold, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Management: Run and grow our clients’ social media accounts.
* Shoot Production: Plan, shoot, and edit killer content for Instagram, TikTok, and beyond, with a focus on short-form videos.
* Feed Curation: Make social feeds look seamless, stylish, and scroll-stopping.
* Content Scheduling: Keep things running smoothly with smart, strategic content calendars.
* Community Management: Jump into the conversation, respond to comments, and make sure brands are showing up in the right way.
* Sound & Culture Spotting: Be all over what’s trending, from emerging aesthetics to viral moments, so we can keep our clients ahead of the curve.
* Tracking and Reporting: Being a spreadsheet wizz for simple and clear reportage.
Your Skills and Experience
* You have at least 2 years of experience managing or being part of a team managing a brand or public figure's social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok.
* Proficiency with Keynote, Editing suites/apps, and Google Drive suite.
* You are talented at curating feeds.
* A solid grasp of social trends, memes, and pop culture.
* Highly organised, able to work across multiple projects at once.
* A proactive mindset - you’re always spotting opportunities before anyone else does.
