Leading from the front, the successful Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the planning, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities whilst supporting the operations on site. Maintenance Manager Requirements: Hold an HNC/HND electrical Engineering. Proven experience as a Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor working an in an engineering environment, dealing with inventory, budgets, reliability, maintenance tasks, repairs and projects. Strong mechanical engineering abilities. Previous experience working with PLC’s – fault finding level. Experience working on single and 3 phase systems. Ability to work to high standards. Flexibility to join a Duty Manager rota every 3 weeks. IT Literate. Maintenance Manager Benefits: Salary – up to £75k DOE Monday to Friday role. 25 days annual leave and bank holidays.
