Our client is looking to hire an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a wealth management practice that has experienced considerable growth over the recent years, more than doubling their team of Financial Advisors, and having become one of the most recognisable firms in Harrogate. Operating with a straightforward communication style and having built a positive internal culture where employee growth is enabled, they are now looking for their next shing star. Financial Services Administrator Duties: Preparing and maintaining client files. Maintaining administration systems. Liaising with Advisers to arrange client meetings/reviews. Preparing business documents. Preparing information/comparisons for analysis by Advisors. Acting as point of contact and dealing effectively with queries from clients and other parties. Be part of a team helping to develop the business and overall brand. Assist with client events. Required Skills: Communication skills. IT skills. Attention to detail. Organisation skills. In return our client is offering a salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum with excellent prospects for growth, flexible working hours and a central Harrogate location with access to great local facilities.
