Are you an experienced Sales Advisor seeking a new challenge but have ambition to work with a developer known for building quality homes?
We are looking for a driven self-starting Advisor to take ownership of the delivery of a first-class customer experience to all customers and clients associated with the purchase of new homes on a flagship development in the East Lothian area. You will have the opportunity to deliver stunning family homes on aspirational developments in these highly sought-after locales.
As Sales Advisor, your day-to-day remit will include:
1. Taking ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process.
2. Being the constant point of reference for the purchaser and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
3. Assisting clients throughout the process with their selections/choices.
4. Assisting with Site Manager on the handover of completed property to client, including full explanation of all benefits and features.
5. Monitoring legal completion dates, exchange of contracts/conclusion of missives and sales incentive plans.
6. Ensuring all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed timeframes.
7. Ensuring that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR, and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfill agreed sales targets for the development.
8. Continuously monitoring sales literature for accuracy including the Consumer Code for Home Builders and the Property Misdescriptions Act.
9. Ensuring the health & safety of customers, colleagues, and other parties whilst on site against legal requirements and company policy.
We are keen to hear from individuals who can showcase the following skill set:
1. Goal setter, with experience seeing the sales process through from start to finish.
2. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
3. Experience in new build housing sales.
4. Strong relationship-building skills.
5. Evidence of working towards and achieving targets.
6. Excellent diary & time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
7. Good organizational and strong administrative skills.
Candidates will require a driver’s license for this role, and a flexible approach to weekend working.
