Description Temporary contract to cover maternity/paternity/adoption leave until August 2025 | part-time 15 hours per week | £9,527 to £9,686 per annum (Grade D) | Norwich - hybrid The Educational Psychology Specialist Support Service is seeking to recruit an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels to join our Business Support team. In this post, you will provide support to the multi-disciplinary Educational Psychology and Specialist Support team. To be successful you will need excellent keyboard and IT skills, the ability to relate positively to a wide range of parents and professionals and good organisational skills to be able to work to tight deadlines. You will be part of a Business Support Team working closely with Educational Psychologists, Specialist Support Teachers, Autistic Support, SEMH Specialists and Associates that support children, young people and their families across Norfolk. Ideally you will: Have excellent literacy, listening and communication skills Be highly organised and have effective time management skills Be I.T literate and fully competent in producing word documents and email Have the ability to work to tight deadlines Be culturally aware Be highly professional and have the ability to manage sensitive information Be friendly and approachable Full training will be provided and you will be supported by an experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and established team. You will be expected to spend some of your working week at County Hall and also working from home. Our technology platform and equipment will enable you to connect and collaborate remotely, though you will need good Broadband connectivity.
