Job Purpose
ICE Fixed Income and Data Services division is seeking an experienced Director, Business Development to expand our index business in the EMEA region. This role involves developing strategies to increase top-line revenue, collaborating with internal teams to build solutions for strategic opportunities and market segments, and coordinating go-to-market activities with Sales, Relationship Management, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the development of relationships in Asset Owner, Consultant, ETF Issuer, and Asset Management market segments to promote our Index offerings, working closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams. Clearly communicate our Index Solutions' propositions and differentiators, and identify new business opportunities.
* Conduct market assessments, quantify opportunities, and develop multi-year growth strategies for priority segments in collaboration with Product Management.
* Manage go-to-market activities and campaigns, including creating value propositions, training sales teams, and assessing feedback to align services with client needs.
* Enable sales: train teams on products and market positioning, and act as an SME to support deal closures.
* Collaborate with Marketing to produce promotional materials and thought leadership content to support commercial strategies.
* Maintain relationships with index clients to capture and communicate their feedback to Product Management and Development teams.
* Ensure key clients maximize the value from our content to prevent erosion and expand our footprint within these accounts.
* Oversee commercials for the Index Solutions business in EMEA, including establishing frameworks for new products, structuring client proposals, and monitoring proposals and contracts for compliance.
* Work with the Product team to identify and prioritize development needs.
* Build strategic partnerships to position products and maximize revenue growth.
