Team Lead Drive products Faridabad Cluster
Your role and responsibilities
Mission Statement: To grow the business @ Delhi location and bring a business Drive products Division through Channel Partners/ OEMs / System Integrators/EUs.
Work model: on site #LI-onsite.
This role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Faridabad, India. You will be mainly accountable for:
1. Budget, Planning and Execution
2. Achieve the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division (VFD Products).
3. Primarily focus on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market.
4. Look for new customers, opportunities untapped by ABB.
5. Achieve the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time.
6. Develop new channel partners to address the untapped distribution business in Cluster.
7. Work together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth.
8. Prepare a business plan for each focused market focused on activity.
9. Drive business growth with EU/CP/OEM/SI's with proper business planning & in-time support.
Market Development
1. Do in-house sales seminars with a strong value proposition, work closely with the CP/OEM/SI's and share success stories.
2. Sell with proper product positioning.
Ownership
1. Full commitment to meet the budget numbers, interact regularly with CP/OEM/SI's sales engineers to drive them to meet commitment.
2. Coordinate with the service team for warranty and after-sales support as needed & with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery.
3. Regularly give updates on business done product line wise and market wise.
4. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stakeholders.
Projects & key account management
1. Systematically track the key projects and Customer activity.
2. Develop a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI's and take responsibility.
Qualifications for the role
* Qualification: BE/ BTech : >5 years
* Good knowledge on the Drives & Automation is preferred.
* Aggressive and result-oriented, should know to sell volumes and values.
* Good communication & Sales skills.
* Milestones & Objectives:
* Systematic business growth following pricing and channel policy. Highly demanding CP/OEM/SI/EU expecting support on all aspects.
* Consistent meeting of quarterly targets. Meeting 30-35 customers per month.
