Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance and support to engineering teams involved in concept development.
2. Contribute and manage feasibility study projects, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
3. Communicate the results of feasibility studies to stakeholders ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
4. Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with battery concepts.
5. Champion the identification and protection of intellectual property for innovative battery concepts.
6. Take full ownership of system or battery pack design.
7. Directly or indirectly lead team members to meet quality, cost, timing, and performance objectives.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of automotive standards and engineering practices.
2. Strong technical background and relevant experience in battery system engineering.
3. Ability to work under pressure within short timelines to deliver quality technical proposals.
4. Understanding of manufacturing technologies, product creation process, and R&D methods.
5. Working knowledge of 3DX & MS Office.
6. Experience in designing automotive parts, tools, and jigs.
7. Understanding of various product technologies.
8. Understanding battery cell technologies and battery behaviors.
