An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the expanding Velindre Health Records Secretarial Team.
As Secretarial Assistant, you are responsible for providing comprehensive support to and covering for medical secretaries who form part of your team when required for periods of annual leave, absence, and vacancies.
Main duties of the job
Ensuring that all routine clinical typing is completed accurately and timely and providing full and comprehensive secretarial cover and support to the consultants, clinicians, and medical secretaries, when required.
Ensure that all routine clinical information and correspondence is up to date and available.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
