Salary: From £144.14 per shift depending on location, skills, and experience plus company bonus, benefits, and overtime opportunities.
Plus a £500 welcome bonus in the first pay for all qualified Operatives!

General hours of work are 48 hours per week, night shift working. Overtime is also available in addition to your 48 hours.

This involves installing cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible across the country. Responsibilities of a 12ab Traffic Management Operative:
The 12ab Traffic Management Operative plays a key role on high-speed roads.
You will be responsible for:
* Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management equipment such as cones, signs, frames, sandbags, on high-speed roads.
* Helping and guiding new trainees.
What Good Looks Like for a 12ab Traffic Management Operative:
* Knowledge of Chapter 8
* Full driving license, with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired for at least 5 years
* Able to pass a drug and alcohol test (your offer depends on this outcome)
* Adaptability and Flexibility
* Meticulous attention to detail
