Job Title: Project Support Specialist Location: Worcester Based Salary: to £35k and benefits A fantastic opportunity for a Project Support Specialist to join our team based out of Worcester. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the operational requirements of the Flow Survey Department. This includes training staff on the use of advanced equipment, overseeing site practices, and ensuring high standards of performance across all teams. You will liaise directly with clients, project teams, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution. You won’t just be joining one business; you’ll be part of a group that can offer you variety and development for the whole of your career What’s the role: Liaise with clients to understand and meet site-specific requirements. Ensure project teams are clear on operational objectives. Collaborate closely with the Project Lead and coordinate daily resource changes as needed. Conduct site audits to ensure adherence to best practices and the latest work standards. Oversee equipment installation to ensure quality and compliance. Train and develop staff on existing and new equipment, including induction training for new employees. Assist the Project Lead with preparation, planning, and documentation, including method statements and risk assessments. Provide temporary cover for the Project Lead when required. Manage unusual or out-of-hours work, including weekend scheduling, as part of a rota. Maintain a flexible and adaptive approach to evolving project needs. Your strong communication skills enable you to liaise seamlessly with clients, team leaders, and project stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels.
