We are seeking
an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research & Data Officer to join our dynamic Operations team within Development and Alumni Relations. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, this new role is essential to our growing fundraising efforts. You’ll work closely with the Prospect Research Manager to identify potential donors, manage and enhance prospect data, and produce insightful reports to support our ambitious fundraising goals. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in a leading fundraising team at one of the world’s most prestigious business schools. Key responsibilities:
1. Work with the Prospect Research Manager to implement a robust prospect identification schedule, providing a steady flow of new donor prospects.
2. Collaborate with the Database Officer to appraise, audit and manage prospect pools, ensuring seamless fundraising operations.
3. Act as a champion for GDPR and data management regulations, upholding best practices within the team.
4. Research and produce profiles on alumni, prospective donors and other stakeholders as needed.
You will have strong research skills and a background in prospect research, information management or a related field. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, experience in producing clear and accurate reports, and strong time management skills to handle deadlines effectively.
