About the role As a member of the academy’s support staff team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of children’s knowledge, understanding and skills across all areas of learning. This may involve working with children on a one-to-one basis, supporting small groups, or delivering interventions as needed. The role also includes supervising children during breaks and lunchtimes, and before/after school sessions as necessary. What we’re looking for: Candidates with experience in educational or relevant childcare backgrounds are welcome to apply. The successful candidate should hold or be working towards a full and relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education, in line with DfE guidelines.
