OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our bars. The ideal candidate will have a love of food, beverages, hospitality and the best, most creative nights out - with a strong background in digital marketing, promotions, printing and event planning.

ROLE
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase footfall and sales.
2. Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing channels.
3. Create compelling content and promotional materials that reflect our venues brand and values.
4. Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content to attract customers.
5. Work with the team to oversee the various websites and ensure SEO optimisation for online visibility.
6. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, and loyalty programmes.
7. Monitor online reviews and engage with customers on platforms like Google and TripAdvisor.
8. Promote and help execute special events, happy hours, live music nights, and seasonal promotions.
9. Partner with influencers, local businesses, and media for collaborations and sponsorships.
10. Work with the bar team to develop new drink specials and menu launches.
11. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, etc.).
12. Build relationships with local media, food bloggers, and PR agencies to gain press coverage.
13. Develop and execute guerilla marketing tactics to attract new customers.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
3. Great at copywriting, understanding tone of voice and writing with empathy.
4. Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
5. Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
6. Ability to work evenings and weekends for events and promotional activities.
