Role Overview
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement efficient hiring strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including trade operatives, engineers, and management positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including job postings, direct outreach, and networking.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR to improve employer branding and candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Track recruitment metrics to measure success and improve processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, preferably within construction, social housing, or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of talent sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
