Helpdesk Manager | Facilities Management / Maintenance Industry | Telford, West Midlands | £32,000 - £37,000 + Employment Package.
Due to increased workload and contract wins, we are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Manager to work for a Facilities Management / Commercial Maintenance business, which provides electrical, HVAC, and building fabric maintenance across a wide range of environments in the Midlands and North of England.
As the Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Helpdesk team and operations. This may include:
* Scheduling engineers' works/diaries, ensuring workloads and travel commutes are within sensible distances and engineers are kept busy.
* Prioritising incoming jobs based on contract timelines and emergencies/urgency of works.
* Ensuring engineers arrive on time to jobs and keep the office updated on availability.
* Ensuring engineers provide detailed remedial reports of works.
* Communicating with clients via telephone and email to gain access and book works.
* Updating company and client CAFM systems.
Employment Package:
* £32,000 - £37,000 Base Salary.
* Work location: Telford, West Midlands.
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, office based.

Requirements:
* Experience within a similar role, managing/scheduling mobile staff, booking in works, etc., is essential.
* Experience within the hard services maintenance industry is highly beneficial but not essential (Electrical, HVAC, Building Fabric, etc.).
* Experience using a CAFM system is highly beneficial.
