Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team in providing support for our new contract. The ideal candidates will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in office tasks.
Due to the nature of the work we do, all staff must be able to pass BPSS (Enhanced DBS, 5 year address history and Financial) checks.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
2. Meet, greet and support service users
3. Utilise Google Suite for various administrative tasks
4. Provide general administrative support
5. Maintain organised filing systems for documentation
6. Assist in clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
1. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
2. Proficiency in computerised systems and software applications
3. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
5. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
