Scheduling Coordinator - Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Scheduling Co-ordinator for our client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000
Hours: 8:30-5:00pm
Duties:
1. Act as the main point of contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets
2. Taking inbound calls from customers and tenants
3. Prioritising and assigning jobs to engineers based on urgency and complexity
4. Monitoring and tracking assigned jobs to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of certificates
6. Attending regular training sessions to improve technology skills and promote self-service options for common issues
7. Proactively identifying trends and recurring issues to develop long-term solutions and prevent future incidents
8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive customer experiences
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a service desk or help desk
2. Strong knowledge of IT systems
3. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
