The Position: We’re looking for a Distance Learning Senior Coordinator - Part Time - 18 Hours per weekWe are looking for a Distance Learning Senior Coordinator to lead, oversee and support the admin processes of the team. What skills are we looking for:
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office packages
Good planning and organising skills are key for this role and you should be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines allowing flexibility and resilience
Responsibilities for the role:
Manage and deliver outstanding levels of customer services, to meet the needs and expectations of our staff, students and partners, within a framework of departmental service standards.
Assist the Distance Learning delivery. Identify and set up working processes to ensure the College’s success within this delivery stream
The role will encompass the design of paperwork, processing of learner files, enrolments, achievements and withdrawals in compliance with the Funding Rules
The Location: The site is based at Nuneaton
