As a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Specialist, you will manage damp & mould and disrepair cases for VIVID, from first contact through to resolution. This requires the design and implementation of a proactive approach to damp & mould and disrepair to ensure our customers are at the forefront of our minds. As part of this, you’ll undertake and/or organise 3rd party damp & mould and disrepair inspections to accurately diagnose causes and remedies.
You’ll organise remedial works via our DLO or suitable contractors and ensure each case is resolved satisfactorily. You will also work with our legal partners where disrepair claims require it, pulling together the necessary information and evidence.
You’ll provide expert proactive advice to residents and colleagues with clear and helpful communications to provide co-ordinated, holistic and long-term solutions to damp and condensation-related issues. You’ll use data and local knowledge of our stock to pre-empt future cases and work with other teams to design broader planned solutions.
