Setup and implement core HR policies, procedures & documentation Manage HR administration, including onboarding, contracts, and employee records First point of contact for HR-related queries Providing practical and professional support to managers and staff Assist with payroll, accurate employee data, tracking absence / holidays / sickness Support for HR projects & audits, including filing, reporting, and data collection What do you need as an HR Officer?
