About the Role
As a Business Change Support Officer, you will work within the PMO providing a comprehensive administrative, project, and Programme support service to the Modernisation Team and the projects they manage.
You will support the implementation of business change projects to assist in the provision, development and implementation of the project deliverables.
You will manage governance reporting from within the Modernisation Programme to senior boards and ensure quality and consistency in reporting and minuting across all programmes.
You will assist team members with research and obtaining benchmarking information, and gathering and analysing information and data on costs, resources and performance in defined service areas to develop business cases, project plans, resource and risk assessments for specific projects within the programme.
Act as a key point-of-contact for software used by the team, support with training and development, and with administration of the software.
About you

You will have work experience of providing support to a team or function using administrative/financial systems and processes.
Proven experience of presenting data and management information to a variety of audiences to support decision-making.
You will be an active listener with good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to produce good quality materials with attention to detail including reports, letters, information bulletins and minutes.
