Telecoms Project Engineer The Service Delivery team are one of our fastest growing teams, and we’re looking for a new Project Engineer to join them. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices and reporting into our Service Desk Team Lead, you will be involved in taking ownership of all technical aspects of our product builds and configurations before installation at customer sites. The role is responsible for training new technical resource and multi-skilling to ensure single points of failure gaps are filled. It is also key to roll out of new training and product updates and will document all aspects of programming, configuration and set up of all offered Telecoms and IT. Lead installations of phone systems, IT infrastructure, and networking solutions. Act as the technical escalation point for on-site issues. Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring multi-skilling across the department. Develop and roll out new products and training across the team. Manage technical scoping, programming, and maintenance of Hosted Telephony, PBX, networking, Wi-Fi, and security solutions. Maintain high-quality customer service, ensuring seamless installations and training customers on their new systems. Collaborate with internal teams and identify opportunities for process improvements in Service Delivery. Ideally, you’ll have experience of : Telecommunications & IT, including networking, VoIP, PBX, and cloud solutions. Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing innovative solutions. Experience in training and mentoring technical staff. It would be great if you have: Relevant certifications/accreditations (or willingness to obtain). A-Level or equivalent education.
