This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company's objectives. About the role
* Develop and execute market strategies to meet the business goals and objectives.
* Analyse industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform planning.
* Develop data-driven market forecasts and identify emerging opportunities.
* Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
* Define KPIs for strategic initiatives and ensure performance is tracked and analysed.
* Oversee the planning and allocation of budgets for strategic initiatives.
* Own the communication of commercial guidelines.
About you
* Several years experience in strategic planning, market analysis, or a similar role.
* Experience in FMCG / health / pharma.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and align stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, sales strategies, and consumer behaviour.
