Job Role: Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Planned Works
Location: Hybrid - East London & Site Visits
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits

Join a leading principal contractor delivering planned investment works in the social housing sector. You’ll play a key role in managing costs, maximizing value, and ensuring the commercial success of planned refurbishment projects, particularly residential buildings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Cost Management – Prepare CVRs, valuations, and reports to optimize financial performance.
* Subcontractor & Tender Strategies – Oversee procurement, contracts, and maximize value recovery.
* Final Accounts & Cash Flow – Work with the Commercial Manager to close accounts and enhance cash flow.
* Project & Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with teams, clients, and suppliers to drive success.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in commercial roles within social housing planned works.
* Strong financial acumen with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of contract management, cost control, and tender strategies.
