Team Leader, Higher Broughton Family Nursery About the role We are looking for a highly dedicated individual who is looking for the opportunity to be our Team Leader based at our Higher Broughton Family Nursery. This role would suit a natural leader that possesses excellent time management and people skills. Is highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic and creative person, who can think on their feet, stay calm, have a sense of humour, and lead the room team on a day-to-day basis ensuring the Nursery Curriculum goals are being met. Have a good knowledge /experience and passion for working with children with SEND. Hold a professional relevant qualification in Childcare or Education equivalent to Level 3 with a minimum of 2yrs post qualifying experience. You will work under the direction of the Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager. You will be the named person with designated responsibility in compliance with OFSTED regulations in the absence of the manager/deputy manager We work a 18 hr week on a shift pattern between the hours of 08:00 -18:00 You will receive a full and comprehensive induction across all our sites along with access to the Starting Life Well training programme through which you will be supported to achieve a Paediatric First Aid Qualification within three months of starting with us.
