We’re currently looking for multiple enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors who are focused on customer service, administration, and taking inbound & outbound calls. The role will deal with a wide range of customer issues.

Salary: £24k + Bonus paid monthly + excellent benefits
Minimum Requirement: Must have at least 6 months Contact Centre experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support customer enquiries by telephone or electronically via internal Contact Centre Solution and CRM systems.
2. Manage all direct customer interactions.
3. Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order-specific direct customer enquiries.
4. Support customers with order status updates and delivery tracking queries.
5. Effectively manage calls, enquiries, orders, complaints, returns, and log all details of actions taken within CRM system to support case management.
6. Manage customer complaints and escalate to the right stakeholders to support resolutions.
7. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and areas of improvement.
Key Skills Required:
1. Previous experience within a Customer Service position is essential.
2. Knowledge of CRM systems.
3. A self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work.
4. Outstanding verbal communication skills.
5. Professional and empathetic approach to resolving issues.
6. Decent I.T skills.
7. Excellent time management.
