Main Responsibilities
Serve as an administrator for 800+ users, handling basic administrative tasks, including user account maintenance and routine reports.
Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for planned Salesforce releases.
Maintain and document functional and technical processes and procedures.
Collaborate with business leaders and implementation teams to design and develop solutions that fulfil user requirements.
Assist in end-user training and manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations, supporting IT teams as needed.
Skills and Experience
Possess excellent project management and organizational skills, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.
Demonstrate creative and analytical thinking, with a strong ability to resolve complex requirements.
Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying information to both business and technical teams.
Salesforce Certifications
Salesforce Administrator (Required)
Salesforce Business Analyst (Highly Desired)
