About the Role:
You will provide support primarily for one of thePartners in a residential property department but also for otherPartners and solicitors when required. Your responsibilities willinclude regular use of digital dictation to produce a variety ofcorrespondence forms and documents. General administrative workrelated to conveyancing transactions is also a key part of the rolewhich will include managing documentation opening new matters andfiles. Polite efficient communication with clients isessential.

Key Duties:
* Providing full secretarial andadministrativesupport.
* Audio typing toinclude general correspondence as well as preparing and formattinglegal documents.
* Maintainingand organising case files and clientrecords.
* Providing generaladministrative support to the legalteam.
* Taking telephonemessages from clients and otherprofessionals
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a legalsecretary ideally within residential propertylaw.
* Strong organisationalskills and attention todetail.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
* Ability to managemultiple tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
