Job summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven leader to join our team as the Director of Communications and Engagement. This Executive role is critical to our organisation's mission, directly impacting the experiences of our service users, carers, and the broader community. The Director will demonstrate a highly strategic approach to communications and engagement which is not only effective and professional but able to build relationships with the broadest range of stakeholders. Main duties of the job Key responsibilities: Creation and implementation of a strategic communications and engagement programme involving all internal and external stakeholders. Developing the Trust's strategic narrative, messaging, and brand. Communications and engagement support for the successful implementation of high-profile service transformation and change programmes. Internal communications and engagement activity to support the Trust's organisational development objectives and in so doing creating an empowered, engaged sustainable workforce. Lead a team of specialists who will deliver a measurable programme of activity to all audiences across all communications channels. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare or mental health sector.
