The Role This role is a full-time position, where the successful candidate will work throughout EYFS and KS1 classrooms on a 1:1 or small group basis. At times, in the absence of the Class Teacher, you will be required to have a reflective and versatile approach to teaching and learning. You will be expected to: Follow the school's ethos and values. Has experience supporting children with SEND Have good knowledge of the educational curriculum. Be flexible, creative and adaptable. Have high expectations of pupils through motivation, encouragement and confidence.
